Strictly speaking, this wood is in the glacis, the former "death zone", now a park, around the outer edge of the moat.

This bougainvilla-covered tree and these buildings really are in the new city.


Destination: the harbor

Awwright... you could have guessed it is the harbor.

The entrance to the ancient harbor may not look ancient, but it certainly does look classic. You try luring a pair of deer up to the top of those pillars.
