We are still in the picturesque Bohemian town of Český Krumlov, on the upper reaches of the River Vltava.

A dark aura about the castle tower?

Nothing so dramatic. An artifact of my post-processing, to fix very uneven lighting.
Some day I'll learn to do it right. This is not that day. (Blush)

A comfortable cafe with reliable wi-fi. In Summer, it would have been stuffed to the gills. In April, not a problem!

Any cafe worth lingering in must face the question: how do you get people to move out, to make room for more people to come in? In Europe, it is rare to harass the customer to buy more stuff (or leave). This cafe solves the problem by having only one album on the muzak. All day. By the time I had heard Cher's greatest hits two or three times, I was ready for a break, at least until tomorrow. (Gypsies Tramps and Thieves worked especially well.)

On a hill above town, the castle gardens.

The cheap punster in me enjoys thinking that the Czech expression for "real estate office" looks like "reality canceller".

A B&B by the river.
The colors look more like they belong on a Greek island.

S'grafitto - selectively omitting plaster, to reveal the stone beneath. It gives an effect similar to painting on the wall.

Some buildings do use paint. A few combine paint and s'grafitto.
