OK, we've been here before. In fact, this is the third July in a row I've spent here.
Bratislava, the capital city of Slovakia. An hour east of Vienna, about 3 hours
from Budapest. On both banks of the river Danube, where it skirts the very first
toes of the Carpathian mountains.
Too cold in winter to even think of visiting. Gloriously steenking hot in
summer, and everybody dresses lighter and more casual than Viennese would dream of.
