Last year and the year before, winter did not set in down
here until a week into December. Not that the occasional
front cannot move through before then. This afternoon clouded
over and cooled off a bit.
Shakedown Street did not fold up at the end of October.
The shops are still open for souvenirs of Greece made in China.
The cruise ships are still around,
but you would not always know it from the traffic in the streets. Those monsters
must be travelling mostly empty now.
These cruisers are docked on opposite sides of the pier.
This page is one of two of pictures from the last couple of days. They would
form a set if there were any unifying theme to them.
