Going into the third week here, and Rhodes is as happily unadventurous
as I could ask.
Kon Tiki floating restaurant was destroyed by a freak whirlwind in about 2010.
Now it is back. Recalled to life, to borrow a phrase from Dickens.

Crows are fiendishly difficult to get a good photo of without a telephoto lens.
This one was distracted by people on a bench who were feeding the birds, allowing
me to get within portrait distance.
This shop in the new town always has shiny reflective stuff in its window.
The stuff changes from year to year, but it usually makes a fun picture.
