On The Bus

A sunny day by the Pont Alexandre III

The empty and lifeless shell of the grand old Samaritaine department store. It will be missed by countless visitors to Paris, despite having operated at a loss since the 1970's.

The Louvre

A wall facing the Seine.

An entryway to the central courtyard.

You saw it here first, folks.

Who else shows you The Louvre through the window of a bus?

Rue Rivoli
Off the bus.
All but one of the remaining pictures on this page are from the Rue Rivoli, where it forms the main drag of the Marais.
